Referral Agreements
Referral Partners range from e-commerce specialists and implementation specialists to large multinational consultancy firms. Despite the differences in these organizations, there is one constant: they all count on Celigo to handle their customer’s integration needs.
Referral Partners introduce Celigo to their existing customers and prospects because of our deep expertise in integrating cloud-based applications. By referring business on a transactional basis, Celigo handles the sales and implementation processes and not only creates a happy customer but also enables the overall solution for our valued Referral Partner.
Referral Partners receive a one-time commission on the first year subscription revenue associated with clients they refer to Celigo.
Vice Software will agree to pay a referral fee for each new, unique client referral that results in an executed business agreement. The terms of this referral fee are listed below:
Vice Software will pay a 4% referral fee each quarter for up to 12 months following the execution date of a business agreement with the newly-referred client.
In addition, Vice Software also agrees to pay a 2% referral fee each quarter for up to 12 months following the execution date of any additional, new, subsequent business agreement with the newly-referred client within the first 12 months of the initial engagement following the execution date of the original business agreement.
Payment of the referral fee is contingent on receipt of payment from the newly-referred clients.
Referral fee payments are made in net 30 terms.
